Doing our job with compassion is getting more difficult..
we are stuck in the middle of management and and doing our job properly.
We are treated by the ones in charge who dont know anything about compassion.
They talk down to us.
If we have a concern about the patient or the way we are treated,. It’s ignored.
Thankless job.
But I care about the ones I give care too.
