This profession will wear you down to where you can’t do it anymore, not mentally that’s hard enough but physically , what you do try to keep going and working in any area of the industry.
The pay is just not enough with our economy and being only on-call due to physical health takes a toll .
I’m tired, I feel for us all .
Please don’t be hard on yourselves because you are doing your best.
